Short-Term Consulting Case Study Agreement

1. Scope and Term

This agreement governs short-term consulting case study engagements executed by members of the PLA community for a participating organization (the "Client"). Each engagement is time-boxed to a maximum of two (2) weeks (the "Engagement"). A representative from the Client will be available to answer questions and provide resources during the Engagement. Any extension beyond two weeks requires a separate written agreement and paid terms, to be determined by the parties.

2. Deliverables and Intellectual Property

• All work product and deliverables created during the Engagement belong to the Client.
• PLA community members may include non-IP-sensitive aspects of the Engagement in personal portfolios, including mention of the Client name and a description that they participated in the Engagement.
• Client is responsible for identifying any sensitive or proprietary information and providing reasonable guardrails to protect such information.

3. Confidentiality

PLA and participating members will use reasonable care to protect any non-public information shared by the Client for purposes of the Engagement. Client agrees to limit disclosure to what is reasonably necessary and to provide redacted or sample data where appropriate.

4. No Warranty; Indemnification

• PLA and community members provide services on an as-is basis with no performance guarantee or warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• Client agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless Product Leader Academy, its operators, and student/community participants from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from or related to the Engagement.

5. Fees and Extensions

The two-week case study pilot may be offered at no charge, subject to capacity. Any Engagement that extends beyond two weeks will require a separate agreement with paid terms to be determined by the parties.

6. Publicity and Portfolio Use

Client permits participating members to reference the Client name, the fact of participation, and non-IP-sensitive outputs in personal portfolios. Any broader marketing or public case study requires separate written approval by Client.
