All fees are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the specified amount.

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for most programs. To request a refund, contact us at support@productleaderacademy.com within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

4.4 Scholarships

Scholarship recipients must adhere to all program requirements and community guidelines. Failure to maintain active participation may result in revocation of scholarship benefits.

All Content provided through our Services is owned by OKO Labs, Inc. or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All Services, including the curriculum, community, AI coach, Certified Product Leader 360™ credential, Live Recruiter Sessions, Live Coach Sessions, cohort sprints, and any downloadable materials, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Any decision you make in reliance on our Services, including career moves, financial investments, or product decisions, is made by you alone. We are not responsible for outcomes that result from those decisions.

7.3 No Professional Advice

Content provided through our Services (including AI-generated responses and coaching sessions) is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional career advice, and no coach, reviewer, recruiter, or mentor engaged through our platform is acting as your attorney, fiduciary, agent, or licensed advisor. Consult appropriately licensed professionals for advice specific to your situation.

7.4 Credential Disclaimer

The Certified Product Leader 360™ credential is a private credential issued by OKO Labs, Inc. It is not accredited by any government, university, or industry-recognized accrediting body, and is not equivalent to AIPMM, PMI, PMP, or any university certification. Employers and third parties evaluating this credential should treat it as evidence of portfolio-based coursework, not as an accredited qualification. Earning the credential requires passing a portfolio review against our published rubric; purchase of the credential fee does not guarantee issuance.

7.5 Live Sessions; Geographic Availability

Live Recruiter Sessions, Live Coach Sessions, and cohort sprints are provided by vetted third-party practitioners or by PLA-affiliated coaches and are offered only where we are legally permitted to offer them. Some jurisdictions regulate talent introduction, career counseling, or employment agency services separately; availability of Live Recruiter Sessions is therefore limited to residents of the jurisdictions in which we are authorized to operate, and we may refuse, cancel, or refund a booking if the purchaser resides outside an authorized jurisdiction. Availability may change without notice as our licensing footprint expands or contracts. Recruiters provide feedback on positioning, resume, and LinkedIn; warm introductions, if any, are discretionary and are not part of the paid scope.

7.6 AI Coach Disclaimer

The AI Career Coach is an automated tool that uses large language models to generate responses. It may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Do not rely on AI-generated output for consequential decisions without independent verification. The AI Coach does not create an advisor relationship of any kind.

7.7 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OKO LABS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OKO Labs, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our platform. Your continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
